The calculation program produces a task sheet and the following files prefixed with the task date and name.
These files, which can each be launched from the menu at the top of the calculator, are saved to the output Tasks folder specified on the options form:
If opened in SeeYou this file shows the task with variable barrels set to the barrel size for the lowest handicap and the shortest track around the task as calculated by the program using the BISECTOR calculation scheme.
If opened in SeeYou this file shows the task with variable barrels set to the barrel size for the lowest handicap and the shortest track around the task as calculated by the program using the BESTPOINTS calculation scheme.
This is a SeeYou task file containing the turn points used and the task as specified. If BGA Competition Defaults have been selected this will have variable barrels set to 5k otherwise they will be set to the minimum barrel size. This file should be used as the assigned task for the day (to ensure consistency of TP locations) when scoring in See You Competition.
This is a flat text file containing Handicap / Barrel pairs defining the variable barrel size for each handicap and other task properties. This file is used when preparing igc files for scoring and allows tasks to be reopened by the calculator.
This is a flat text file containing the task notes so that you can reuse them when setting new tasks.
